- All returns require prior authorization and must be clearly marked with customer's contact information and Order/Invoice Number when returned. We are not responsible for items returned that are not clearly marked.
- Returned items may be subject to restocking fees.
- Credit will only be issued on items returned within 30 days of customer receipt.
- All returns must arrive in saleable condition with original packaging intact.
- Electrical items may not be returned.
- Special order items may not be returned.
- Credit will not be issued on returned items that are damaged by the shipper. Please make sure to carefully package your returns.
